Life Coaching With Jan Stewart

DPYS recognizes that even though youth become adults at age 18, in many cases they still need tools to become happy and thriving adults. The expectations for our youth and young adults can cause stress in their lives at a time when they are leaving their families and making decisions on their own. It is a time in their lives when they are most vulnerable to being influenced by others. Communication between adults and young adults can make a very big difference in their lives. To aid the 18-24 years old population we provide access to life coaches to help them become thriving adults.

Create a vision for your life and learn how to turn that vision into reality. Work with an experienced life/career coach and clarify your skills and strengths, develop confidence, identify what you value and set goals that you can achieve. Participants will have 5 or 6 individual meetings with the coach at a mutually convenient time.
