At Girls on the Run we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which include dynamic discussions, activities and running games.
Girls on the Run creates a safe place for girls to grow in confidence through identifying and processing emotions, goal setting, cooperation, healthy decision-making, and self-respect, while improving their physical health and stamina.
This program isn’t just for those who like to run! They can walk, skip, hop, jump or run!
This is a noncompetitive program!
