Self care can mean different things to different people, and constantly shifts and morphs because our individual needs shift and morph.
Self care is a broad topic that ranges from the most basic human needs to more abstract concepts. Sometimes self care isn’t fun or relaxing, but necessary to our well-being and health. Here are the DPYS Levels of self care (based loosely on Maslow’s Hierarchy):
