It takes a village to raise a child and at Danny’s Place, we see this every day. When our community of mentors, parents, and partners comes together, amazing transformations happen. One high school participant in our U-Project started out nervous to share his ideas. But with caring guidance and encouragement, he found his voice and gained the confidence to lead. As he put it, “They gave their time, energy, and encouragement to help me grow.” That’s the power of our village of supporters and the impact you make possible.

Danny’s Place is more than a youth center, it’s a community effort. Through inclusive after-school programs and unique initiatives like the U-Project, we provide a safe space for kids and teens to explore, create, and discover their best selves. Every young person who walks through our doors finds belonging, positive role models, and the chance to shine. But none of this happens without you.

Here’s what your gift can do:

• Provide scholarships for youth whose families cannot afford our programming. Partial and full scholarships are available through codes freely available on our website, so that every family can send their children to Danny’s Place, barrier-free.

• Keep our doors open after school. Donations sustain our daily programs and safe space, where hundreds of kids each year can engage in activities, build friendships, and become their happiest, healthiest selves.

• Train and support caring mentors. Contributions enable us to recruit and train the volunteers and staff who guide students, building their self-confidence and life skills.
