A Hands-on Seminar for Teens

Taught by Internationally Certified 5th Degree Black Belt Instructors from the Concord Self-Defense Academy

When: Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 from 7-9pm

Where: ABRSD Administration Building Gymnasium, 15 Charter Road, Acton, MA

Who: Acton-Boxborough teens aged 13-19

Cost: $30

This one-night self-defense seminar is recommended for teens ages 13-19. We recommend signing up as a pair as there is a good amount of partnering work during the seminar. Masks are required during this event. During this seminar you will:

• Learn techniques and strategies to keep yourself safe 

• Practice escapes from common attacks

• Build confidence and power

• Develop a toolbox of skills
