Danny's Place Opens for the Fall on
September 5, 2007
are in effect on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 for
Acton and Boxborough youth in the 6th through 12th grades. The first week of opening in the fall will be free. However, starting on Sept. 12th,
will be required for attendance.

Danny's Place is
closed August 3rd until Wednesday September 5th.

Danny’s Place will be hosting the 2nd Annual Grand Opening BBQ and Band Night
on Saturday September 8th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. These events are for Grades 7-12 and will have free
admission for the evening, but remember to bring money for burgers and hotdogs!

Save Saturday September 15th for the first concert of the season from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. This event features the return of Boston
band The Appreciation
Post along with
Steal Farm, Heartsfield Landing, Lightbulb, Thirteen Yards to Victory and is open to Grades 7 - 12.

The first 6th Grade Movie
Night will be held on Saturday September 29th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Movie to be announced later!

Renovating and equipping the Danny’s Place space has been financed largely through targeted fundraising from Jeff and Cindy McCarthy's immediate circle of friends,
committee members and business acquaintances. While some local families have already made donations, we have not, to date, asked for funding support from the
Acton and Boxborough community at large. We now need your help to keep Danny’s Place growing and thriving!
Since Danny’s Place is a privately-operated
non-profit, we do not receive any local or state funding. We hope you will share our vision of sustaining this haven of social and emotional support for our
community’s youth at such a critical stage in their development. Please join us in your financial
support to Danny's Place for the current operating year.
